This mattress came with a hefty price tag of over $750, which is a significant amount for me as it surpasses any previous personal expense I've ever made. I want to express my deep disappointment and frustration regarding my recent purchase of a Nectar queen sized mattress. They said they would email me the refund information.and what email did I receive?An email a year after the promised refund stating they would not be refunding me. I finally received an email after I called and pressed any extensions I could to get ahold of someone. It is the worst experience I can ever speak of. When I call, I am placed on hold and no one returns. When I attempted to reach out by email, my emails no longer can be sent to their email address. I paid to have the ******** removed and did not receive the refund. I am told to dispose of the ******** and that a refund request has been issued. Then I call and express that I am very unhappy with the level of support I received - and that I want the ******** disposed of and I want a full refund for the cost of the ********. It felt as if I would never receive the refund in full for the ******** price so I opted to receive the refund less $200.00. I reached back out and I was told I could have the ******** disposed of OR keep it for a refund, less $200.00 for the ********. I awaited my refund and it wasn't received. For all I know, I was sold a ******** someone else used. I was asked to take photos of the law tags on the ********. I let them know that I do not want this ********, in total I paid $1,474.54. I contacted Nectar and first they sent me a ******** pad, that only made the issue worse. The foundation was okay, however the ******** drooped on either side and was always uneven. I was sold this ******** with a "Free 365 night trial" period, during which the ******** became so uncomfortable I could no longer sleep on it. I purchased a CA King ******** from Nectar as well as the foundation during Covid 19 pandemic. They said we could purchase another ******** and the original ******** would be refunded immediately, but we had to wait 30 days to return the other ********.The ******** was paid for through Affirm, the refund needs to go to them, and the ******** needs to be picked up. Nectar is claiming that this is a comfort issue, however the ********, we believe has been compromised by how it was delivered, as there are tire marks on the box. We contacted Nectar today, 7/11, they apologized about the issues with the ******** and was told that because we opened the ********, that there is a 30 day "body adjustment" to return the ********. It is not comfortable and want to return it. We contacted Nectar prior to opening it and was told to send them photos of the box and their response was that they were sorry about the condition of the box and they were going to contact their supervisor and fed ex regarding this, however they were unwilling to accept a return or exchange on the ********, but that we were to contact them immediately if there were any issues with the ********.We followed their unpackaging instructions and have used it for two days. The package it was delivered in was in poor shape. We purchased a queen ******** from Nectar and it was delivered 7/6. The company practice is intentionally deceptive and evasive when customers attempt to return. *********** refuses to honor return because it is outside the window of their policy, even though they did not allow me to return it within the window when I attempted. Fact is that I tried to return the item within the allotted time and was refused by the company. I asked to speak to a supervisor today and the representative ******** refused to let me speak to anyone else saying that they were just going to tell me the same thing. Company representative that I talked to today, ********, confirmed they did have a record of my call on in which I talked to representative ****. Called today,, to return all the products and was told that I could not return them because it was outside of the 50 day return window. Told them at that time,, that I wanted to return ALL products as soon as I was eligible. Was told that I could not return them because the policy stated that I had to wait for 30 day trial period before I could return them. Product was not as described and did not work properly so called on to return all products. Ordered the product on May 7, 2023, was told there was a 100% refund policy for one year on ALL products.
